Project Operations – Global Trade Consultants

We are looking for software delivery, implementation specialists. Ultimately this is a project management, account management and operational role which focuses on supporting BSM clients through the full life cycle of software implementation resulting in simplified processes and enhancement of our client’s information management. This typically involves business process analysis, solution design, user acceptance testing and to achieve a successful ‘go live’ outcome including ongoing account management.  We have roles available in Brisbane, Perth, Sydney and Melbourne.


Project Management

This role is for an experienced project manager to assist multiple sites in the timely delivery and implementation of digital solutions. The role oversees the planning, scheduling, budgeting, execution, and delivery of the BSM software platform. It will ensure the successful completion of all software implementation projects and support the Consultants performing work on the projects. It includes participating in and supervising each stage of the project, ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.


Logistics – Integration Specialist

The role focuses on the transition to digitisation requiring the incumbent to effectively collaborate with logistics companies to incorporate and effect, full data management. It is an opportunity for a disciplined self-starter and provides ultimate flexibility to work remotely or in one of BSM established locations. The position has responsibility for information flows such as Shipping Schedules, Bookings, Shipping Instructions, Rates, Invoices and Events. This role requires a strong understanding of the Shipping/Freight arena with a strong aptitude for technology and system interfaces.
