Consulting Support Specialist!

The role encompasses assisting clients to effectively utilise process improvement changes and systems solutions that have been initially implemented into the business as a result of the integration of BSM global trade management (GTM) software.  The role consolidates and extends the initial support provided to end-users to utilise the software post implementation. The role, on-going, identifies further opportunities for additional process and procedure improvements utilising the GTM software, proposes those implementations, and, on approval, implements and supports the integration of those changes. The role takes on an on-going relationship management and liaison role between client users and decision makers, and service provision by various IT/other specialist within BSM.
